Returns Policy (Ireland, EU, UK, USA)
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
(Exceptions include: electrical products & helmets)
If the return is a result of our error (received incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost.
All other returns are payable by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3/4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
Returns from the UK can take longer due to customs.
Note: Returns and exchanges must be in original packaging with tags still attached.
IrishBlood.ie is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you select a carrier with tracking.
